Mr. Don Ferris, the general manager, is a rip off artist. He will cheat you out of money, lie to you regarding the products, then lock his door and tell you to take him to court if you have a problem. Do not buy any products from this store. He sold us two appliances that he said worked but in actuality they did not. When confronted, he said ""too bad, take me to court"" and hung up the phone. There are too many appliance stores in this town to go to, you don't need to get ripped off here. The Better Business Bureu is investigating this business.
