Even if you clean like Martha Stewart or pay a cleaning crew do not expect your deposit fully refunded.\r
You will be charged based on a ""standard"" that even Martha stewart couldn't possibly meet! TAKE PICTURES unfortunately we did not. \r
We were charged rightfully for things that we did not clean however we were also charged for things that we did clean. In my career I have done make readies for apartment complexes as well as hotels and our reveiws were based on a white glove test. Apparently that is not good enough for BAYWOOD's apartment manager, I made a formal complaint and was brushed aside with needing to make an appointment and a declaration of pictures, my only hope is that the pictures aren't of someone elses apartment.
Pros: great locations if you can get in
Cons: double standard cleaning requirments
