Review content:
I purchased gas the other night, as I do every week. The credit card slot at the pump did not accept my card so I went inside and used their machine. I signed for $30 and Ben, the rude attendent did not set the pump so my purchase came to $35.03 and I paid and signed my charge slip. When I asked him to credit the first $30 he told me it would not be on my bill and called me stupid and threatened to call the police because I was refusing to pay for my gas. The reality is that I paid for it twice now my bank has to investigate the charge. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't one. That tells me if the station has a fire or gets robbed there's no manager to call. I have a hard time believing that. This employee is very rude, his name is Ben and he works the night shift for anyone who uses Chevron on Stock Island. Cons: Poor Customer Service
