Yesterday i took my gun up to Shooting Sports for the first time. My dad told me it was just up the street on S. Dale Mabry which is a lot closer than Shoot Straight off of 301. I spoke to the woman at the counter and told her i wanted a gunsmith to look at my gun and tell me if he could lighten the trigger. She said he had just left but would be back later and would give me a call with the info. I Never recieved a phone call period. The next day i called and asked for the gunsmith. I was informed he would not be back until Wednesday. I was dissappointed but not upset...yet. I drove back to Shooting Sports to retrieve my gun and take it elsewhere, when i asked for it i was told "" sorry the gunsmith wont be back until Wednesday and he locked your gun in the safe"" . Is this how SS really does business? Unbelieveable. So i was got upset and returned some items i had previously purchased. As i'm doing so the teller makes me aware there is a 15 % restocking fee he was going to charge me. And that is what sealed the deal for me on how crappy this place is. I won't be back there ever again except to claim my property and poss. with my attorney if necessary.
