The frontdesk receptionist, called my cellular phone asking about my fiance's policy which I am a driver on amd said that a bill that was due. When I asked how much it was they said that I was not on the bill and I explained that I am on the policy and I wanted to know how much it was so I can pay it. She said that she couldn't give me the info. She said that there was a change in the policy and a balance is owed. She proceeded to ask me if I am going to pay the bill or not very rudely. I paid it, but her tone of voice and service was unacceptable. \r \r In a second incident, I received a bill regarding a cancellation of my policy if a balance of $14.01 was not paid. When I called, the same woman who works the front desk. I asked why was there $14.01 due when I paid the policy upfront for 2 motorcycles. She said since I am not on the policy, she cannot disclose anny information but that I should just pay the bill. I asked my fiance to call and he did and spoke to Fernando. My fiance asked Fernando if they could waive the amount since it was their mistake. Fernando rudely said no and that it must be paid or the policy will be terminated. \r \r I have had too many incidents of unprofessionalism that I cannot even begin to explain with this particular agent. I am happy with State Farm, but they should not be represented by an agency like this.
