Review content:
Owner delivered $144.00 worth of long stem roses to the wrong funeral service and then failed to take any responsibility to make any attempt to rectify the situation. He claimed he talked to the pastor and was told this was the right service, but the pastor had no conversation with anyone at Tropical. They just saw they were at a funeral and assumed it was the right place and time.
Mistakes happen, but Tropical wouldn't take any responsibility and then tried to blame others with outright lies. This was a lot of money to spend on flowers that never got delivered to a grieving family!
Stay away! There are plenty of good, reputable florists in Bradenton. Tropical is not one of them.
