I decided to go with MacDowell Insurance on my auto insurance because of the good premium, personable staff which answered my questions (unlike some companies that dont have agents or reps), and I liked Mercury Insurance which they represent. They gave me honest opinions and weren't pushy.
Pros: Easy to talk to, honest people, has several companies to quote.
Cons: They sound busy but theres probably a good reason for it. only open till 5.
