When I was looking for a mover from Texas to California, I got inundated with phone calls from several moving companies. I realized I made a mistake listing my info online, and decided to search an alternate way. I found Presto through the BBB and I am so lucky I did. At first I spoke with Abe, he was unsure if they could accommodate my move because they are based in California. I was so pleased though with all the information and how it was presented to me that I had to wait for a response as to whether or not Presto could service my move. After a couple days, Abe got back to me letting me know they had a truck coming into town and they could service the move. I am so lucky I waited; the move from start to finish was 4 days, Benjamin came on pick up and wrapped all my furniture and labeled everything for me, so I did not have to worry about that. It took him and his helper about 3 hours before my house was completely empty. The next day I got on a flight to California, 2 days later delivery. Again, Ben came with his helper, the two of them unwrapped everything and put it exactly where I wanted. This was amazing!! I will be moving again in six months, and rest assured I will most definitely be using Presto. You guys are the best!
