Started out with stating a different fee that was on their contract, yet when it reached the point of negotiations, they disavowed that ever transpired. They never call back, or keep you updated. Extremely rude, if you question anything that they are doing. They DO NOT care one iota about you... the client. ZERO. I could go on and on, but if you retain them after reading this review, then it's your own fault. I wish I had something good to say, but there was none in my situation. This was for me being hit and injured by an un-insured motorist. I will now probably have to file for bakruptcy.
