I had my carpet cleaned by this company two days ago. and imma tell you there everything BUT a SCAM!!! I called them becaus eof there good reviews overpowering the ONE bad one. decided to check them out for myself. the dispatcher over the phone knew what she was talking about. not to mention she kept repeating that the prices she was quoting me for, were for the steam cleaning. and if there were stains that the steam cleaning would not be able to get out the tech would let me know before they started and thats excatly how it went. .. . the techs came out to my home, scoped out there work and gave me my set price explained to me that the steam cleaning wasnt able to get out all the stains out. they needed to use other solutions to get those rough stains out. It was a little bit out of my budget but the outcome of the work was FANTASTIC!!!!all the stains were gone and they gurantee 100% of there work
