Great monitoring people, but business people, Lord Help
Us! I found out today, after almost four months of simply
trying to get my mailing address correct on my new primary
residence that they have disconnected my monitoring at my
vacation home, due to not paying my bill. I tried very
hard to help them understand the bill is paid through my
credit card and has been for the past 10 years. They said
they have been mailing me notices about the problem and
trying to call me. I finally figured out they were mailing
and calling to my vacation home which does not have mail
service and no one lives there to answer the phone! After
10 years they still can't get this figured out! I told
them mailing something to the physical address of my
vacation home is like mailing a letter to Santa at the
North Pole and wondering why he doesn't answer it! IT DOES
NOT EXIST!! We moved our primary residence three months
ago and signed up for ADT again. I now get solicitation
calls from them asking if we want to sign up.
Unbelievable. If I had not just spent hundreds of dollars
having them install new stuff, I would drop them like a hot
potato.
