Review content:
There are not enough words to tell every person out there just how bad this so called company really are. Let me start by saying that they took down the wrong date then came late with the wrong machines which where dirty and parts missing. they requested full payment up front and took off without even telling me how to work the broken nasty machines. I made phone call after phone call telling them how upset I was and was told they would call me right back when I ask for a manager. The customer service were rude and tried to give me the run around until I lost my temper and let them have it..I called back a few days later and tried to speak to Mike the Gen. Manager but was told he no longer works there. Again I was given the bull- crap answer and was told to call on Friday after two pm when they are closed of course. They get a ---- 5 stars and even that is to good for this rip off company who ruin childrens birthdays.
