I've worked with dozens and dozens of recruiting firms over the course of my career. It's rare that one stands out above the rest, but EdgeLink is a very rare exception to the stereotypical recruiting firm. EdgeLink does their research into both the condidate and the client to create a great match, they listen to what you have to say about yourself and what you're looking for in a position. They don't just match keywords to resumes, there is a real process that takes place. All of this comes with a caliber of professionalism I've not encountered in any other company in the industry. No other firm has even come close. Highly recommended!
