I'm going to make this as short and sweet as possible.\r

- Staff is unprofessional & lacks customer service. Can I get a smile when I drop that much cash for a gown?\r
- The associate who measured me seemed like she barely knew what she was doing.\r
- They don't have all of their color swatches available in store. So be aware of that unless you want a primary color.\r
- Was told 6-8 weeks for my gown to be ready. I have been waiting 4 months to no avail. They really have no good reason for the delay and weren't empathetic about the delay either. Good thing I ordered way in advance.\r
- Did I mention unprofessionalism and lack of customer service? \r
- The best thing I can say about Amore' is they have a beautiful store.
