WHY Banks and Loan Officers dont care for Credit Repair \r

Today I would like to touch on why some banks do not partner with credit repair to assist their clients. Credit repair is the removal of negative items from credit reports. In many cases the removal is a credit cards, mortgage loans, late payments and a slew of other lines of credit provided by banks. Well this is a concern to banks because removing these type items from a credit report could affect the weight and power that a bank has in the reporting of negative items. \r

In removing the accounts from the credit report the consumer get a second chance at financial freedom and the capability of going to another competitor of the bank in which they initially defaulted on. Trinity Enterprises LLC does not allocate that consumers do not pay their bills but the Fair Credit Report Act is clear and set guidelines that banks and creditors have to follow in order to legally report negative items on a consumers credit report. With that being said when the procedures are not followed the item must be completely removed and not corrected from the credit report because of the inaccuracy. \r

The other factor is most banks pay their loan officers a salary and their salary is not contingent on a closed loan. Mortgage brokers are self employed and without a closed loan they do not get a pay check so they love Trinity Enterprises LLC because we help them generate revenue when the deal should be completely dead because of lack of credit. \r

Banks make money off the interest on lines of credit loan to consumers. 80% of all consumers have less than perfect credit. With that being said, if Trinity Enterprises LLC can educate the consumer on the importance of maintaining good credit, show them how to manage their existing finances and repair the credit reporting giving them a second change to get things right why wouldn't they be receptive to working with credit repair companies ? \r

They would benefit from the interests lent of the proceeds of our labor ? This could also help with needing the governments help bail them out of their hardship. Credit is not a curriculum in school and someone has to take the initative to educated consumers on a nationwide scale or our economic values will go down the drain. Although this task might seem impossible Trinity Enterprises LLC bases in Orlando Florida is willing to take on the task. \r
