I am a Canadian who is investing in some property in Syracuse through Mel & Jay Management. There are differences in the housing systems in the US and Canada and they have made it very easy for me. They are very friendly and have solved my problems, including taxes, tenant issues, repairs, etc. I had a negative cash flow before I started working with Mel and Jay, now my cash flow is positive thanks to them. I highly recommend them!!
