I came to work with Mel & Jay Management as a result of being defrauded by another property management company and needing to have someone take over a very challenging situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and dedication that Mel & Jay Management provided. There were many repairs and tough decisions that needed to be made for the 9 properties that they took over for me. I was kept up to date every step of the way. Nothing was ever "sugar coated" nor exaggerated. I was always told the truth and given all of the facts that I needed to make my decisions. Once those decisions were made, Mel & Jay Management consistent delivered on what they promised.
