Review content:
I went here for PT on my shoulder. I ended up with a lot more pain thanks to the incredibly incompetent accounting department. Nearly six months after completing therapy I began receiving unexplained invoices threatening collection. I had paid the outstanding balance on my last day of therapy so I was very confused. Calls to their accounting dept. went unreturned for months. When I finally got somebody on the phone they admitted that every invoice they had sent to me had been wrong. Yet they still haven’t paid me back the amount they overbilled me for. The therapists seemed good, but there are plenty of great, reputable PTs in the area. Note that the parent company of California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is Physical Rehabilitation Network. I will stay clear of any therapist associated with either company.
