I spent $169.00 for about 12-15 pounds of beef. I was told by the salesman that this was restaurant quality meats. I would not knowingly eat at any restaurant that served omega meats. I am in the process of asking for my money back. I cooked it medium well for my wife and she could not chew it. I cooked it rare the way I like it(Tbones) and it was so tough that I could not eat it. The only meat in the package that we could eat was the hamburger patties. So 8 hambuger patties at $169.00 comes to about $21.00 a pattie. That is ridiculous. If the Omega salesman colmes to my door again, I will immediately call the Sheriff. I wait tables at a restaurant, believe me this is not restaurant quality meats. I'm not even sure it was beef.
