I had several pieces of clothing that I wanted to sell to this company. I looked on the website to be sure that they were all of the name brands they were accepting and found that they were such as Charlotte Russe, Aeropostale and American Eagle. None of them had any wear or stains and some still had the original tags. However, when I went to the store, I was told that they could not accept any of them because they were worn and out of fashion though I have bought these within the last year. The clerk had a different excuse for each one. I was told there was a stain but when she touched the stain it turned out to be a piece of lint, but she still would not take the pair of shorts. I was told that they do not accept corduroy or dress pants yet there were mannequins with these exact items on them. I was told that the labels were 'cold' yet they were the same labels of items I was looking into purchasing and when I pointed this out she told me she could not help me, she was just following rules. I asked her where I could get an accurate list of the items they accepted and she said online, which is where I got the information that appears to have been inaccurate. I will never shop or sell to this store again. Instead I will be taking my old clothing to Goodwill or the Salvation Army where it's appreciated. Worst customer service ever.
