Do NOT use this company. This company did a mold inspection on a property I was buying and was aware that I had a closing date to meet. They said at the most the result would be back in 7 days. On 7th day I called and was told tech was out sick, but they have report and he is coming in on Saturday to sign off. OK, i understand and waited and no report on Saturday.. I started calling on Monday and could not tell you how many messages I left that were not returned. Finally go Mr. Cox late Monday and he said I would have report by 5pm, No report at 5pm, called all day on Tuesday, got him late in the day and he said I would have the report by 8pm, no report at 8pm. I called his number several time after that, no answer.. and I have his CELL phone! He answered fast enuf when he wanted the business and has cashed check . NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE COMPANY PHONE. This is a rip off.. I even called the LAB where he supposedly does business. they have NO record of my inspections. DO NOT USE and PASS the WORD
