Oh Bar Method where had you been all my life? I have gone once a week for the past 3 weeks since hearing about the bar method and I have to say I love it. The girls are all so nice and helpful and make sure you do everything right and are very encouraging especially when u feel as if u can't take any more muscle shaking!!! I look forward to doing this more... I love feeling the burn and the soreness for days after because I KNOW IT WORKS!! <3
Pros: lean toned body..... what else could u want
Cons: challenging but totally worth every second!
