Review content:
I used to love this place 'till a not so smart person wrote down that I wanted ravioli instead of tortellini. She repeated the order to me TWICE. Normally if I had gotten ravioli instead of tortellini I wouldn't have been bothered, but instead of a huge thing or tortellini that I normally get I got three, albeit large, ravioli. I got to pay $2 more for 1/3rd the food. I'm on a major budget and this was supposed to be a treat to last me a couple days. After they delivered my wrong order I drove all the way to the store to deal with the mix-up. Everyone scattered and the @#$%&*@# owner honed into view. He got his receipt (since we weren't given a copy upon delivery), and it sure did say ravioli. Of course I was treated like the idiot and sent on my way. So then my boyfriend drove there and God knows what happened, but my boyfriend said that the guy said HE was the one taking the order and he repeated it twice...when it was actually a young girl. He also said that I went in there and said I wanted the ravioli. I'm sure my boyfriend wasn't exactly diplomatic, but he got my money back. That guy is a piece of work. I used to go there often, as did my friends, but he deserves to lose $100's of business over $14 ravioli.
Pros: Great food
Cons: The owner is an #$*#@#$(&
