I love stepping into the Aveda store, it's like leaving the mall and entering a little boutique. The sales staff always offers you some of their yummy tea, adn while they are attentive, they're never pushy. I also live the way Aveda rewards customer loyalty--they are forever sending postcards that you can take into the store to receive free samples. My must-haves are the deep-penetrating hair revitalizer, confixor, and anything that has the classic Aveda scent--I'm mad for it!
