My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Downey for about 2 years and has had a great experience each time. The staff is so welcoming, nice and caring to each each patient and their family. The waiting area is filled with fun things to entertain children (coloring, fish tank, game machine, toys, etc.) which makes going to the dentist less daunting. To enhance the dental experience and put the children at ease, they can watch a movie while having work done and at the end of the visit they get what I call a ""swag bag"" of goodies! Each child gets a bag that contains a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and they get to choose a prize from the bookshelf! My daughter can't wait to go back each time which makes me happy because no parent wants to take their children somehwere that scares them. I highly recommend Dr. Downey to anyone looking for a children's dentist. I truly can't say enough great things about he & the staff!
