I bought a '94 Saab 9000 will 100K miles from RBM after my last car finally gave out. \r \r Russ, the salesman, explained the exact condition of the car in detail-- Everything that worked well or was worn out (the air conditioner was getting weak and there was a small dent in the rear door). The car was amazingly clean and ready to go. \r \r He was up front about the price and any taxes; there were no surprises. I went back to the lot several times to look at the car, they let me take a test drive (alone); they didn't mind when I came back with my wife to let her drive it. I was never pressured or rushed. \r \r Good guys to deal with. Pros: Simple, Easy, No haggeling, No Pressure Cons: Small lot, Don't have a ton of cars
