this firestone is a bunch of crooks and hires and employees workers that have no clue on what is going on . I spent 2 hrs there waiting for my tires to be rotated to find out they could not even figure how to remove my spare!!! I approached the workers with the manual and explained to them how to replace the tire reading from the service guide in the glove box just to get a attitude from some worker saying we dont need your feedback we know what to do! sure enough they dont and could not complete the job. i took the car home and my 17yr old son did it in 20 mins after reading the manual. what a joke and a wast of 3hrs ,,, DONT GO THERE IF U VALUE UR CAR AND MONEY!!!!
