Hired Olga as my florist for my wedding. The day of my wedding she did not show up. My family members went to her store and it was closed. We tried calling her and left messages and we never received a response back. She did not show up to my wedding with flowers. So I had no flowers at my wedding. The wedding was delayed 45 minutes because I had no bouquet to use so my family members went and create their own bouquet from another flower store. The wedding went on and everything else was perfect.\r

The next day we called Olga and we were told there was a family emergency. We told them that is very unprofessional to run a business and not to contact their customers if they were not able to perform. They were very rude on the phone and did not apologize for anything. We left many phones calls and Olga would never talk to us we had to talk to her Niece. They said they were going to refund my deposit but they only refunded 1/4 of what we paid. We had to get a lawyer and they still didn't pay the remaining balance right away. It took 5 months until they finally paid the balance but that was only because we had filed papers to take them to court. Horrible services do not recommend using for anything.
Pros: Beautiful flowers
Cons: never showed up to my wedding kept my deposit for 5 months
