HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, I bought a used 2009 atv for my son for Christmas, free shipping is a lie, i had to drive 50 miles to pick it up, then as soon as i got it home it didnt start, drove another 50 miles to have them fix it, then got it home, my son rode it for 45min and then it wouldnt start again, asked for my $763 back and they said no. I then had to drive up again so they could give me a new one, the OWNER told me to bring $200, when i got there all of a sudden he wanted $300 and would not budge an inch. I ended up giving it to him cause there was nothing that i could do. They are a bunch of crooks. BEWARE.\r
