If you would like your furniture to remain undamaged, do not use this company. They dropped my bedroom dresser, tried to conceal the damage by placing bags on the destroyed corner, and then have not returned my calls and emails to fix the damage/give me a check for it. It has been a month after initially filing the damage report with the Glen Mills office, and they still have not sent anyone to my house to fix the dresser and have not returned any of my calls or emails.
They are extremely irresponsible and I would advise anyone looking to move to never, I repeat never use them. I have been very patient for a month, waiting for repairs or a replacement check - but enough is enough. This moving company who is ""insured"" damages furniture and then gives its customers a major run around without ever fixing/reimbursing for the damaged items.
