Review content:
I ordered four pieces (3 embroidered, 1 printed) to be ready in time for Christmas. I placed the order well in advance, so there was plenty of time to get them done. But ZERO of the pieces were done correctly and on time, and after multiple in-person visits to try to get the pieces, Chuck the owner was absolutely unapologetic, and actually KICKED ME OUT when I POLITELY pointed out that he had made a commitment to get these pieces done nearly a MONTH ago, and would he please get the order finished. ALL of the embroidered pieces were done in the wrong colors, and the printed piece had such bleed-through of the underlying color that the final product was unusable. Not only did Chuck not apologize for any of this, he repeatedly got annoyed with ME for suggesting that he should have found the time to fulfill the order that he had committed to. Possibly for large orders (teams, businesses, etc.) this place might be OK, but for individual orders, go somewhere else -- ANYWHERE else.
