WE have been using them for years and they were ok. In the past year, I do not know what has happened, but they ""miss"" pick up once out of every 6 weeks or so. Now they have not picked up my trash 2 weeks in a row and their phone is always busy. My wife has emailed and called other divisions only to be told they would handle this and nothing. What a joke, and they are more expensive than the other companies in our area. Robertson, you keep my 2 months I have prepaid you, I have had enough!!!
