Review content:
Staff does not keep a good eye on patients. Ventilators have been found unplugged from the wall and ventilators hoses have been found unhooked from patients neck. Patients have been found on the floor. If you need extra assistance, such as a bed ridden patient having absorption issues, staff complains. Personal belongings have come up missing. When you put the light on, you do not get a quick response. I've had to go look for help myself. When patient can't get help and tries to get some attention, they are scolded and verbally intimidated by being told not to make noise. I do not recommend this facility for your loved one. I had personal experience with a loved one there for quite some time. They are not sensitive to the patients needs. I've seen RT's go from room to room with same gown and mask on, which is a big no no. Gown, mask and gloves should be changed when going from room to room, so as not to spread germs and infections. They do not keep supplies available at patients door that have MRSA. They do not offer good quality, compassionate care. They care more about how the outter exterior looks, than having good quality help. Bed sores are like an epidemic there as well.
