Review content:
If your pet becomes sick, he will not take the pet back, nor will he refund your money. I purchased a guinea pig from this place that was kept in a closet for God knows how long. I should have known better, but my fault. I then took the guinea home to my son. My son is a very gentle loving little boy. I watched my son while he played with the guinea. The guinea ended up with two splayed front legs. I do not know how this happened. So on October 27, 2008, I tried returning the guinea, the owner ended up accusing me of animal cruelty. He yelled at my son and would not return my money. He accused my son of dropping the guinea and me of being a bad mother. He even relayed buying a pet to having a car accident. He told me there was no money to be returned even though I had the receipt, and that I should take it to a vet to have a cast put on it. I only paid 17.00 for this guineas, a visit to the vet would be 30.00. I called the police to try to remedy this situation, but they could not help either. Another customer who also had a return on snake was told the same thing and accused of animal cruelty also. In hind site, please avoid buying anything out of this man's closet. He needs to keep everything in the closet including his business practices. Let us not patronize this man anymore. The accusations were apalling and unfair to me and my son. I hope this review will help someone.
Cons: Definite thumbs down and would not go there. Owner needs customer service classes.
