Review content:
I went to the Salon at Saks Fifth Avenue as a first time customer, I have to say, I was extremely nervous...I had an appointment set up for a haircut and color, I almost backed out at the last minute, but my husband convinced me that the stylist knew what she was doing so I stayed. I had been salon hopping and the past three haircuts that I got were not at all what I wanted. When I got the highlites, they looked like they had already been grown out and I was upset that all three times, I had spent so much money for something I hated. At Saks Fifth Avenue, the hairstylist was extremely patient with me. By the time, I was done, I had a cut that I loved (and could manage at home), hilites that were right at my scalp, and a husband that couldn't wait to take me out! I discovered threading for the first time at the salon, who knew you could remove hair that way!? I also got the best pedicure I've ever had. I have never seen anyone scrub my feet the way the nail tech at Saks did. After I had the works done at the Salon, the receptionist walked me over to the cosmetics department to have my makeup done. I only wish that I had found that Salon sooner. I had such a great experience that I have already been back a couple of times. Even the friends that I have sent over to the salon have been thrilled. I would definitely recommend this Salon to anyone whether they want a trim or a complete makeover!!
Pros: The staff is really friendly and makes you feel right at home!
