Review content:
This place is something that is a good idea, but the execution is all wrong. First of all, it's supposed to be a refuge for animals. Oh! The poor animals. They are not being properly cared for AT ALL! It's disgusting and despicable the conditions these poor animals have to tolerate. It's easy to get short-sighted when you have the thrill of hand-feeding a deer. But if you look closer, you'll see that the animals are not getting enough access to clean water, proper housing, or medical care. It's awful. I understand the place has been in business for a long time. Maybe the people who run it just don't have the energy to do the right thing for the animals anymore. As for friendliness of staff, forget it. That doesn't matter as much to me because I came to see the animals. But so you know, it's a comprehensively miserable experience. Pros: lots of parking Cons: Mistreated animals and surly staff . Everything is run down.
