The YMCA on Lakemont, that's who.
This YMCA gets a one star for opening 30 minutes late this morning. Their opening time is 7 am. I arrived rarin' to get my work-out on, only to find 40 or so people waiting outside to get in. NO one showed. One employee appeared to be calling everyone on her call list only to get people's voicemails. She didn't have a key so we all stood out there like chumps.
Finally, at 7:25 I decided to leave, SUPER ANNOYED, SUPER FRUSTRATED and in disbelief that an organization like the Y had no back-up plan for a no-show employee. My only hope is that they issue a public apology to their members and offer a refund on the monthly fee.
Utterly ridiculous. If I had to rejoin again, I wouldn't.
