i recently took my vehicle in to pats to install a o2 sensor. i provided them with the part, and the diagnosis of what was wrong. i personally have no experience installing this part, but i will be sure to learn how in the future. my bill for ten minutes worth of work was $84. i told pats that i was looking for a reliable shop i could trust not to screw me over. the tech (which i was so angry i didnt get his name) proceeded to tell me that this wasnt going to be my shop. too bad i work somewhere that i give advice to people everyday pats! ive never been so disappointed with any ""professional"" experience in my life. especially not enough to have to write a review. thanks for wasting my time. your lack of professionalism has lost you a repeat customer, and worst of all i will never recommend you to a soul.
