I had an oil change there 3 weeks ago, within a week my car started mifiring, with it completely dying on me this weekend, I discovered that they had put way too much oil in my car, causing the pressure to force oil out of my valve cover gasket and oil into my spark plugs. The shop was already closed for the day so I had my car towed to my house.When we confronted shop manager who did the oil change, he and a mechanic agreed to come to my house and look at vehicle, they looked extremely guilty and after giving me the run around they agreed to come back the following night after work with a more experienced mechanic. They never showed up or called then today when confronted at the shop they say they went by and called which is a lie. They now say the have no responsiblity in it, the fact that they came to see car and were going to come the next night with new spark plugs and a valve gasket and drain the oil to me says we are responsible and will try to rectify what happened. contacting corporate and an attorney but save your car and money and time and do not go there, they are rude and are liars.
