There was a problem of coordination between your installation people and the people that were to do the removal of the brick prior to the installation of the window. It would be to your benefit if you would have a reliable person or persons that can do the brick removal.

It can be a challenge to coordinate with a third party brick layer. Brick removal is typically outside of our scope of work. We were happy to jump in there and do it ourselves when it was determined they could not get to the job on time. We're thrilled you are pleased with the results.
