I've eaten all over the world. I came up to Portland for a business appointment and took clients to dinner at Graze (they requested the restaurant as it is new and they wanted to try it). We were there on the 17th. My guests all had oysters, calamari, crab vichyssoise along with Prickly Pear Margaritas, Streetcar, and some really good local wines. The food was excellent...right up there with the best restaurants in major food cities around the country. The place is very upbeat, clean, with attentive service and good wine knowledge. I can't wait to visit again and try the crab fritters.....but I'm still having dreams about that calamari. Splendid! Pros: Creative, sophisticated food choices, fun place to bring a group. Cons: Lighting at bar could be dimmer
