My dog knows if he's within a block of this place, and will pull on his leash to lead me to it--so he can be fussed over, get a treat, and then nose around to see what he can get me to buy. Friendly, personal, relaxed place. The staff is knowledgable about their products, unlike the big pet supply stores--and the prices seem to be about the same. A wide range of stuff in a small space, and they will order anything you want that they don't have.
Pros: atmosphere, service, parking
Cons: They may not have exactly what you need in stock, but no problem if you can wait for a specil order.
