I have been a customer with New Orleans Pet Care for YEARS. Although they are very selective with pre-interview process I find them responsive and service exceptional. They (genreally, Nicole) answer the phone 24-7 or call you back as soon as possible. In the entire time I have been working with them I have NEVER been told they could not do something. From Vet vists to extended visits to last minute requests. \r

Again, they are very selective when it comes to clients but I think that is smart. I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for ""high end"" pet care for boarding (my pup sleeps in the bed with one of her team members - just like at my own home) or anything else! \r
