Review content:
After finding their ad on Craigslist and their site online, this place seemed like a great solution for petcare. I was interested in finding the best situation for my dog, and so wrote them using their online form with a bunch of questions. Their response was, ""Please call!"", with no reference to any of my inquiries. I responded, explaining that I wouldn't be able to call until after hours; could they possibly call me? I got another ""Please call!"" e-mail. This happened repeatedly, until I finally was able to get in touch with them (after leaving a few voicemails, too), where they basically responded that they didn't even board dogs themselves, but housed them in other homes at a rate of double the competition. Not only that, but they seemed uninterested in boarding new clients, and basically cater to frequent travelers in town. So I can't say anything about their actual service, but their customer service is just terrible, which leaves me with little faith in how good their service is.
Cons: AWFUL customer service; not very welcoming to potential new clients, for frequent travelers
