We purchased tickets online weeks in advance, yet had to stand in a line for over an hour that wrapped around SEVERAL city blocks with everyone who didn't purchase tickets, purchased tickets or had tickets at Will Call. We missed the whole opening act because they don't care and are inefficient with managing their customers.\r

This hell-hole in a wall venue has one bathroom that you have to push your way through a mosh pit crowd to get to.\r

The staff doesn't believe in customer service. Nothing about this place is about YOUR experience, it is about them making a buck. \r

The bar ""waitress"" doesn't take your drink order and serve it to you, she just strolls around and picks up your empty glass after YOU have gone and stood in line to get your own drink.\r
\r
We will never go to this venue again.
