Businiess name:  Lineage Restaurant

I've been to Lineage twice now. The first time was when the restaurant first opened. The second time was just a few weeks ago, and oh my, they certainly worked their 'kinks' out. I promptly greeted at the door, coat checked, and sat at the bar. Friendly and knowledgeable bartender, nice cocktail list and great wines selection. I was amazed how much different, especially the menu, was since the last time I dined there.\r Home-made terrines, pates, bacon, sausage and tasso hams! Along with the typical seafood as you would expect, all reasonably priced. I ended up with the Charcuterie plate. Headcheese, country pate and winter sausage. No need to travel into Boston for things like this! Perfectly bablanced with crunchy bread, mustard and pickled veggies. Entree, haddock. perfectly cooked, juicy and crispy skin. brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and homemade bacon. Great balance of the fresh sprouts, sweentess of the potatoes and crunchy smokey house cured bacon. Ending with the Butterscotch pudding..I give it an A. However, I wish there was a TV next to the beautiful wood-burning oven for the bar crowd. Pros: menu, wine list, food, service Cons: TV for the bar! parking, ambience
