I have a complaint that I have been getting my neighbor's mail from the Deliverer and she gets mine quite frequently and that is a breach of security depending on who else is getting our mail that could be very important. It makes it an open opportunity for the person who got someone else's mail to open it illegally or unintentionally thinking it is his/hers which can be a felony.
Pros: none yet! But do try to deliver mail sooner, like at noon!
Cons: mail delivered in wrong mailbox most frequently!
