This company has harrassed me few a months now regarding a verizon debt collection out of the bronx. I ve been telling them ive never lived in the bronx let alone New York, Im from Jersey. When this thing accured I was in High School, they dont care or understand and they're not being any help especially this Mr. Rodrigues guy who I always seem to speak to. It's making me very fustrated and annoyed!
Pros: You can speak to someone and not have to go through the automated system...
Cons: Everything Else about the company....
