This is uncanny. My father has had the same exact experience with Debt Recovery Solutions that everyone here has described. He is being harassed by this company about a $195 Verizon bill that was never his to begin with. My father has always lived in Queens, and the $195 debt belongs to someone with the same last name but with a home address in Brooklyn. Debt Recovery Solutions refuses to listen and has been harassing him for the past year now. Is it safe to just ignore them? Is there some legal action that can be taken?
