Review content:
I am a home brewer, and am always searching for great places that brew and serve their own beer. On this trip, my brother and I traveled through a section of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio in search of great beer. One of my favorites is belgian beers, and I made it a point to stop here at Brugge Brasserie. We could not stay long, but the stay was exquisite. We sampled their Abbey Ale and a Black Ale, along with a cone of pomme frites, with 3 sauces; sea salt and sherry vinegar, poplar syrup and french dijon, and bleu cheese. I truly wish that I had more time to sample more brews, and their moule frites. On my next trip from Colorado this is a must-go. Pros: Belgian Brews, On site brewing, casual, relaxed Cons: hard to find
